Interpretation

The VOR RWY 34L instrument approach procedure is amended to increase VOR S-34L minima to CAT A 690/1000 m, CAT B/C 690/1200 m, and CAT D 690/1600 m; circling minima increase to CAT A/B 900-1600 m, CAT C 900-2400 m, and CAT D 900-3600 m. The ALS inoperative note is changed to require CAT A/B RVR/visibility of 1500 m and CAT C/D RVR/visibility of 2000 m when the ALS is inoperative.
