Interpretation

The VOR RWY 16R instrument approach procedure is amended: VOR S-16R minima are increased to CAT A 660/1000 m, CAT B/C 660/1200 m, and CAT D 660/1600 m; circling minima are increased to CAT A/B 900-1600 m, CAT C 900-2400 m, and CAT D 900-3600 m. The ALS inoperative note is changed to require CAT A/B RVR/visibility of 1500 m and CAT C/D RVR/visibility of 2000 m when the ALS is inoperative.
