Interpretation
The RNP RWY 16L instrument approach procedure is amended to increase LNAV/VNAV decision altitude minima to: Category A 680/1000 m, Category B/C 680/1200 m, and Category D 680/1600 m; increase LNAV minimum descent altitude minima to the same respective values; and increase circling minima to Category A/B 900-1600 m, Category C 900-2400 m, and Category D 900-3600 m. The approach lighting system inoperative notes are changed to require LNAV/VNAV Category A visibility of 1200 m, and LNAV Category A/B visibility of 1500 m and Category C/D visibility of 2000 m when the ALS is inoperative.
