Interpretation

The LOC RWY 36R instrument approach procedure is amended. Circling minima updated as follows: CAT B 760-1600M 671 (700-1600M), CAT C 760-2400M 671 (700-2400M), CAT D 760-3200M 671 (700-2400M). The missed approach climb gradient is changed to 4.0% (244 ft/NM). A note is added stating minima with a missed approach climb gradient of 2.5% (152 ft/NM) are not established.
