Interpretation

At RJFT, temporary obstacle-related takeoff minima are added for runway 07 on the Kumamoto Reversal Seven, Rindo Five, Hinag Four and Iruka Two departures for multi-engine aircraft with a takeoff alternate aerodrome filed. For categories A–C, the standard minimum is a 0 ft ceiling and 400 m RVR or visibility with runway edge and centreline lights, or with either lighting system or runway centreline markings; reduced minima apply when LVP/LVPD is in force. For category D, the same standard minimum applies, with different reduced minima under LVP/LVPD. With none of those lights or markings, the daytime-only minimum is a 0 ft ceiling and 500 m visibility. The notice continues in the next NOTAM.
