Interpretation

For time-sensitive hazardous cargo missions providing less than 14 days' prior notice, towing or reverse thrust may be required. RJSM can provide tow bars only for C-130, E-3, C-21, C-17A, KC-135, KC-10, Atlas Air B-747, MD-11, C-12, and all fighter aircraft. Other aircraft unable to use reverse thrust must provide their own tow bar.
