Interpretation

Due to a space launch, flights on the affected routes must file the specified alternate routes and follow ATC instructions for direct segments. Inbound and outbound flights via RUGMA are prohibited during the airspace restriction. The temporary prohibition and rerouting notices will be cancelled within 10 minutes after launch; operators must then refile via the original route if their estimated off-block time is at least 30 minutes after cancellation, unless the flight has pushed back, is airborne, or has received ATC clearance.
