Interpretation

The ILS Y or LOC Y RWY 31L instrument approach procedure is changed. New minima are: S-ILS 31L, 318/750 m, 200 ft (200-800 m); S-LOC CAT A/B/C/D, 740-2200 m, 620 ft (700-2200 m); and circling CAT A, 910-3600 m, 790 ft (800-3600 m). Remove the note requiring RVR/visibility to be increased to 750 m when TDZL/RCLS are inoperative.
