Interpretation

All helicopters departing within the Manila ATZ, except those operating within the RP-R75 areas, shall obtain takeoff clearance and route clearance to their destination from Manila Control Tower prior to becoming airborne. Helicopters operating within the RP-R75 areas shall initially lift off from their designated helipads and establish communication with Manila Control Tower to obtain route clearance to their destination before proceeding with the flight.
