Interpretation

The new apron is not visible from the ARO due to a permanent obstacle. Aircraft must use Taxiway C only to enter the apron and Taxiway D only to exit. The pilot-in-command must report intentions on 126.7 MHz before entering Taxiway C or exiting via Taxiway D; taxiing is strictly the pilot-in-command’s responsibility.
