Interpretation

The SIDs, STARs, and instrument approach procedures are modified by MSA changes. The conventional MSA is changed to 7,500 feet in the sector from 065 to 180 degrees between AXM ARP and 10 NM. The PBN MSA is changed to 7,500 feet in the sector from 065 to 180 degrees between AXM VOR and 10 NM. Refer to AIP AD 2, SKAR 2.24.
