Interpretation

SKBO PBN SIDs with RNAV 1 navigation specification have been modified: GNSS or DME/DME/IRU-INS is required; aircraft using only DME/DME/IRU-INS must be able to update position at the start of takeoff roll; ATS surveillance service is required when using DME/DME/IRU-INS; DME/DME without IRU/INS is not authorized.
