Interpretation

Control services within the Cayenne CTR and Cayenne TMA 1 and 2 are available only to IFR sanitary flights, French Guiana-based state IFR flights, diverted flights, and emergency flights. Cayenne-based VFR sanitary flights may obtain clearance under the air-to-air procedure on 118.10 MHz for taxi, takeoff, and aerodrome circuits. Alerting and flight information services remain available on 126.900 MHz, with no restriction in upper airspace. This applies on dates 04, 11, 17, 22, 23, 24, 30, and 31 from 2300 to 2330.
