Interpretation

Control services within the Cayenne CTR and Cayenne TMA 1 and 2 are provided only to IFR sanitary flights, French Guiana-based state IFR flights, diverted flights, and emergency flights on the 18th, 19th, 20th, 25th, and 30th from 2300 to 2330. VFR sanitary flights based at Cayenne aerodrome are cleared under the air-to-air procedure on 118.10 MHz for taxi, takeoff, and aerodrome circuits. Alerting and flight information services remain available on 126.900 MHz, with no restriction in upper airspace.
