Interpretation

Due to a staff shortage, flow-control procedures are active at Martinique Aimé Césaire Airport. ATS and flight-safety coverage will remain continuously available, but ATFM measures will be implemented and VFR and training flights in the CTR may be restricted. SAR missions and hospital and state flights will be supported under all circumstances. The schedule is days 9, 11, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24 and 26 from 1030 to 1600, and day 13 from 1030 to 1400.
