Interpretation

Due to a staff shortage, ATS at Martinique Aimé Césaire Airport will be disrupted; ATS and flight safety services will remain continuously available, ATFM measures will be implemented, and VFR and training flights in the CTR may be restricted. SAR missions and hospital and state flights will be supported in all circumstances. Effective on days 01, 03, 09, 17, 20, 21, 23, 29 and 31 from 1030 to 1600; day 04 from 1830 to 2359; and day 05 from 0000 to 0030 and 1030 to 1600.
