Interpretation

The AIP conditions of use for restricted area TF-R3 Saint-Martin Grand' Case are amended. GAT and OAT entry requires prior establishment and maintenance of two-way radio communication with Grand Case Information. Two-way radio equipment must be carried and used, and maximum indicated airspeed within TF-R3 is 140 kt. When active, TF-R3 replaces the affected portions of Class C and G airspace, but the SSR transponder carriage and operation requirements for those portions remain applicable. All other TF-R3 provisions are unchanged.
