Interpretation

To avoid runway incursions, fixed‑wing aircraft must hold at runway holding points and helicopters must hold on stands before lift‑off. Maintain holding until traffic information is obtained from AFIS when service is provided. Prior agreement is required between pilots on the ground and in the air when traffic is reported at Sugarloaf (RWY 10 approach) or Coco Fregate (RWY 28 approach).
