Interpretation

The conditions of use for restricted area TF-R4 Saint-Barthélemy are amended: GAT/OAT entry requires prior establishment and maintenance of two-way radio communication with Saint Barth Information; maximum indicated airspeed is 140 kt; and carriage and use of two-way radio equipment are mandatory. When active, TF-R4 replaces overlapping portions of Class C and G airspace, but the SSR transponder requirements of those portions remain applicable. All other TF-R4 provisions are unchanged.
