Interpretation

Effective 1 September 2026, charges for foreign operators are established as follows: takeoff and landing, including aircraft parking for three hours after landing, costs RUB 1,950 per tonne of MTOM during daytime, with a 20% surcharge from 2200 to 0600 local time; parking beyond three hours costs 10% of the takeoff and landing charge per 24 hours; transport security costs RUB 2,890 per tonne of MTOM; and terminal use costs RUB 1,023 per passenger.
