Interpretation

The AIP VFR procedures for Kemerovo are amended. Pilots entering Class C airspace from Class G must obtain clearance from Kemerovo Approach on 125.5 MHz, requested at least 5 minutes before entering its area of responsibility. Before departing a landing site within the 50 km approach control zone, the pilot must establish contact, report landing information and obtain departure clearance; takeoff without clearance is prohibited. Pilots must advise ATC if an assigned VFR altitude is below their calculated safe altitude and notify the approach controller of a 30-minute departure delay or flight-plan cancellation.
