Interpretation

The VFR procedures in AIP AD 2.1 UNTT-21,22 are amended for flights departing landing sites within the Tomsk CTR. Crews must obtain departure clearance from Tomsk Tower on 127.3 MHz or Tomsk Information on 4855/3928 kHz before departure; departure without clearance is prohibited. If radio contact cannot be established, crews must request clearance by telephone at +7 (3822) 932-926 and report landing by telephone. Departure delays, filed flight-plan changes or cancellations, and airspace-use permissions must be reported or requested through those radio contacts or the same telephone number.
