Interpretation

Due to reconstruction of part of apron, TWY C, and TWY M, aircraft and MI-8 and lower class helicopters taxiing onto/out of stands 6-12, 14, 16 shall be performed by towing. Engine start-up and shutdown shall be performed at start-up point only.
