Interpretation

Due to reconstruction of part of the apron and taxiways C and M, MI-8 and lower-class helicopters must be towed into and out of stands 6–12 and 14, and their engines may only be started and shut down at a start-up point. Aircraft towing from stands 4–6 to start-up point 2 and engine start-up at start-up point 3 may not occur simultaneously. Stand 1A is limited to aircraft with a wingspan not exceeding 29 m. New stand 14A is commissioned at 575459.40N 0560058.68E with PCN 46/F/D/X/T, and aircraft must be towed into the stand and for taxi-out.
