Interpretation

Aircraft shall not hold on any taxiway links during taxiing. If unable due to exigency, the aircraft shall inform the controller immediately. Pilots are to exercise caution while taxiing on taxiway links C1 and C4 to the crossing on taxiway Y1 and taxiway B1 and vice versa.
