Interpretation

The ILS or LOC RWY 01R instrument approach procedure has amended temporary S-LOC minima of 480/1400 m, 460 (500-1400 m). When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase Category A/B RVR or visibility to 1500 m and Category C/D visibility to 2100 m.
