Interpretation

Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) will be in place daily from 0000 to 1730 and 2330 to 2359. Aircraft operators must update the Target Off-Block Time (TOBT) and adhere to the Target Start-Up Approval Time (TSAT), in accordance with eAIP India VOHS AD 2.20, paragraph 5.
