Interpretation

Taxiway E operating procedures are established during aircraft takeoff or landing on runway 17L/35R. When a Code D or E aircraft is taking off or landing, aircraft up to Code C may use taxiway E. When a Code C aircraft is taking off or landing, aircraft up to Code E may use taxiway E. This updates AIP Viet Nam item VVDN AD 2.23-8.
