Interpretation

Movement area limitations apply Monday through Friday from 2000 to 1200 due to the displaced Runway 19 threshold. The displaced threshold is marked by green threshold lights on each side of the runway (HN) and V-bars (HJ), pilot monitored. A 16 ft AGL obstacle is located 2,265 m from the start of Runway 01 TORA. Runway 19 takeoffs must commence at the red lights (HN) and red/white cones (HJ). Runway 19 PAPI is unserviceable while the threshold is displaced; a temporary pilot-monitored PAPI is available with a 3.0-degree slope and 52 ft setting. Runway 01 distance-to-run markers and the takeoff-run-available sign on Taxiway D2 read incorrectly while the Runway 19 threshold is displaced. Taxiways A7, W and Z are closed.
