Interpretation

Movement area limitations due to a displaced threshold, Monday–Friday 1200–2000. The displaced threshold is marked by green threshold lights on each side of the runway at HN and V-bars at HJ; pilot monitoring is required. A 16 ft AGL obstacle is 2,265 m from the start of TORA on RWY 01. RWY 19 takeoffs must commence at the red lights at HN and red/white cones at HJ. The RWY 19 PAPI is unserviceable, but a temporary PAPI is available at 3.0° and 52 ft with pilot monitoring. RWY 01 distance-to-run markers and the takeoff-run-available sign on TWY D2 read incorrectly. TWY A7, W and Z are closed.
