Interpretation

Unmarked floodlight poles between 117 ft AMSL and 140 ft AMSL near bays 901–911 and 915 penetrate RWY 06/24 transitional surface by up to 21 ft, and an obstacle crane erected about 5.74 NM west (approx 265°) of the ARP at 639 ft AMSL penetrates the outer horizontal surface by 85 ft. This amends ERSA.
