Interpretation
The ILS-Z or LOC-Z approach to RWY 28 has a temporary change to the straight-in minima. S-ILS 28 minima are 360 feet with 800 metres visibility (307-foot decision height); when the approach lighting system is inoperative, visibility increases to 1,400 metres.
