Interpretation

The aerodrome is conducting a takeoff automatic frequency-change test. The tower will specify the first post-takeoff contact frequency in the ATC clearance, and aircraft must change to that frequency after takeoff without further tower instruction. The frequency change must occur at or above 100 m during daylight or 150 m at night.

1.TOWER ATC WILL SPECIFY THE FIRST CONTACT FREQUENCY AFTER ACFT
TAKEOFF IN ATC CLEARANCE. ACFT SHALL CONTACT DESIGNATED FREQUENCY
AFTER TAKEOFF WITHOUT TOWER ATC INSTRUCTION.
2.WHEN THE PILOT CHANGING FREQUENCY,THE ALTITUDE OF ACFT NOT LESS
THAN 100M(DAYLIGHT) OR 150M(NIGHT).
