Interpretation

During certain periods, tower ATC will specify the first contact frequency after takeoff and whether to implement automatic leave frequency in the ATC clearance. Aircraft shall automatically contact the designated frequency after takeoff by ATC clearance or contact the designated frequency after voice clearance.

AUTOMATICALLY AFTER TAKEOFF BY ATC CLEARANCE OR CONTACT DESIGNATED
FREQUENCY AFTER ATC VOICE CLEARANCE.
