Interpretation

Eight new temporary wind-turbine obstacles, designated F1 through F8, are located between the 15 km and 50 km radius circles centered on RWY 11/29. They are 29,627–31,037 m from the runway center on magnetic bearings of 117°–124°, have elevations of 2,785–2,892 m, and display red lights.
