Interpretation
Ningshan VOR/DME NSH (116.3 MHz/CH110X) limitations have changed. VOR is unserviceable clockwise from radial 040° to 210° and from radial 250° to 360°, except radials 089°, 201°, and 263° remain available for en-route procedures. DME is unserviceable clockwise from radial 250° to 210°, except radials 023°, 030°, 089°, 201°, and 263° for en-route procedures and radial 030° for arrival procedures. Additional unserviceability applies as follows: VOR/DME beyond 18 NM on radial 030° for en-route and arrival/departure procedures; DME within 7 NM on radial 030° for those procedures; VOR/DME beyond 7 NM on radial 089° for en-route procedures; VOR beyond 29 NM and DME beyond 17 NM on radial 201° for en-route procedures; VOR beyond 22 NM, DME beyond 18 NM, and DME within 8 NM on radial 023° for en-route procedures; VOR/DME on radials 142° and 314° for en-route procedures; VOR/DME on radial 030° for holding procedures; and VOR/DME beyond 13 NM on radial 263° for en-route procedures.
