Interpretation

Stop bar light operating rules are implemented in the work-in-progress area east of taxiway G. Aircraft may cross a stop bar only when they have received ATC instruction to enter or cross the runway, the stop bar lights are off, and the green and yellow taxiway centerline lights are illuminated. If all three conditions are not met simultaneously, the pilot must contact ATC for confirmation and follow ATC instructions.

OF TWY G, STOP BAR LIGHTS OPERATION RULES:
1. ACFT SHALL CROSS STOP BAR LIGHTS WHEN ALL CONDITIONS ARE MET:
1.1 RECEIVE THE INSTRUCTION TO ENTER OR CROSS RWY.
1.2 THE STOP BAR LIGHTS IS OFF.
1.3 TWY CL LIGHTS ARE ILLUMINATED (GREEN AND YELLOW).
2. IF ABOVE THREE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET AT THE SAME TIME, ACFT
PILOT SHALL CONTACT ATC TO CONFIRM AND FOLLOW THE ATC INSTRUCTION.
