Interpretation

The instrument approach procedure for RNP Z Runway 07R has been modified, changing the LNAV Minimum Descent Altitude (MDA) to 780/1400M 453 (500-1400M). Additionally, the Approach Lighting System (ALS) is inoperative; when ALS is inoperative, the visibility requirement increases to 2100M, and RVR is not applicable.
