Interpretation

Instrument approach procedure RNP RWY 08L is amended. LPV DA for CAT ABCD is changed to 1868/1200M 401 (400 - 1200M), and the ALS inoperative note is changed to increase RVR/visibility to 1900M when ALS is inoperative.
