Interpretation

The RNP RWY 04 instrument approach procedure is amended. LPV DA minima are changed to: Category A 364/1300 m, 377 (400-1300 m); Category B 376/1400 m, 389 (400-1400 m); Category C 396/1500 m, 409 (500-1500 m); and Category D 423/1600 m, 436 (500-1500 m). When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase RVR/visibility to 1700 m for Category A, 1800 m for Category B, 1900 m for Category C, and 2000 m for Category D.
