Interpretation

The ILS or LOC runway 18C instrument approach procedure is amended with increased S-LOC 18C minimum descent altitude and visibility minima: categories A/B 870 feet with 1,500 m visibility, and categories C/D 870 feet with 2,400 m visibility. When the approach lighting system is inoperative, visibility increases to 4,000 m for all categories, and RVR is not authorized for categories A/B.
