Interpretation

The instrument approach procedure for RNP RWY 04 has been amended to change the minima due to the presence of a crane. The new minima for CAT AB is 440/1500M with 453 (500-1500M) and for CAT CD is 440/1700M with 453 (500-1700M). Additionally, when the ALS is inoperative, the visibility requirement increases to 2100M, with RVR not applicable.
