Interpretation

The ILS or LOC runway 36C instrument approach procedure is amended: S-LOC 36C minima for categories A, B, C, and D are changed to 390/1200 m, 402 (500-1200 m), and the approach lighting system inoperative note is changed to require RVR/visibility of 1,900 m when the ALS is inoperative.
