Interpretation

The ILS or LOC RWY 18C instrument approach procedure is amended to increase S-LOC 18C minima. MDA is 870 feet: Categories A/B require 1500 m visibility, published as 882 (900-1500 m), and Categories C/D require 2400 m visibility, published as 882 (900-2400 m). The ALS inoperative note is changed to require 4000 m visibility for all categories; RVR is not authorized for Categories A/B.
