Interpretation

Due to a shortage of staff, Air Traffic Services (ATS) are not available in the Maastricht Control Area (CTR). ATS for IFR traffic in Maastricht TMA1 and traffic crossing Maastricht CTR is delegated to MILATCC. Flight Information Service (FIS) and alerting service are not available in and below Maastricht TMA1. The CTR is available for Search and Rescue (SAR), helicopter emergency medical service, and police flights. During specified time periods, frequencies EHBK TWR 119.480 MHz and EHBK APP 123.980 MHz will not be monitored.
