RNP RWY 28R instrument approach procedure amended: LNAV/VNAV DA minima changed to CAT A 560/900M, CAT B 570/900M, CAT C 600/1100M, and CAT D 610/1100M. When the ALS is inoperative, increase CAT A/B visibility to 1600M and CAT C/D visibility to 1800M; RVR is not authorized.
