Interpretation

The instrument approach procedure ILS or LOC RWY 10L is amended, with increased landing minima due to a crane. The S-ILS 10L minima are raised for categories A, B, C and D, and the ALS inoperative note is changed to increase RVR/VIS minima when TDZL or RCLS are inoperative, and when ALS is inoperative.
