Interpretation

At EKVG from August 25 through September 30, requests to open the airport outside published opening hours for non-regular or unplanned traffic will not be accepted on nights when runway-surface work is underway. On nights without work, airport management may allow runway opening through the standard request procedure. Runway opening for SAR, MEDEVAC, or emergencies remains available with 30 to 60 minutes' notice.
