Interpretation

Instrument approach procedure RNP RWY 07 is changed. DOW FLIP minima are amended to LPV DA: CAT A 1370/2200M 578 (600-2200M), CAT B 1380/2300M 588 (600-2300M), CAT C 1390-2300M 598 (600-2300M), and CAT D 1400-2400M 608 (700-2400M). When ALS is inop, increase LPV DA to CAT A RVR/VIS 2600M, CAT BC RVR/VIS 2700M, and CAT D RVR/VIS 2800M.
