US DOD procedural notice: the RNP RWY 07 LPV instrument approach is not authorized; approach minima have been revised with LNAV/VNAV minima changes, circling minima adjusted, when approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative increase RVR/VIS for categories C and D to 1800 m, and the MSA reference point has been changed to the ARP.
